DescriptionSUMMARY
Nurture and grow direct sales for precast concrete in commercial and residential markets with a heavy focus in parking garages.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:
- Develop and execute leads that allows you to meet and exceed your sales and revenue targets
- Work with multiple departments for collaboration and gauge timelines (Estimating, Project Management, Production, Executive Team)
- Build and drive direct sales activities
- Posses deep knowledge of business product offering and value
- Execute outbound campaigns and activities
- Develop client portfolio
- Remain updated with competition
- Contribute to Marketing Campaigns
KNOWLEDGE and SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Problem solving and Conflict Resolution Skills required
- Ability to interact with all levels of Management
- Project a professional and appropriate company image in all dealings with clients, vendors, business partners and visitors.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-years experience in sales
- Minimum 5-years experience in Precast Concrete, Equivalent Construction/Manufacture Experience
- Background in Consultative Sales with Architects and/or project design teams
- Parking Garage Sales preferred
- Auto-Cad experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to perform general office administrative activities
- Travel up to 50% as needed
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
