Your tasks

General administrative and secretarial tasks:
reception | telephone switchboard | incoming and outgoing mail
Trainee administration (PlanAcad | MyIKE): applicant management | file management | absence management | certificate management
Organizational preparation and follow-up of training events: registrations | billing

Preparatory accounting tasks:
cash book | invoice processing | invoicing | account reconciliation | statistics

IT support:
first-level support in cooperation with our external service provider | PlanAcad administration | digital support for our instructors, educators, and trainees
Your profile

Expertise:
Completed vocational training in a commercial profession | commercial clerk in the healthcare sector or comparable education

Professional experience:
Practical experience, preferably in the administrative or secretarial area of a nursing school

Communication skills:
Secure communication skills to effectively interact with school management, administrative management, educators, instructors, trainees, and authorities

Team player:
Collaboration in a team

Flexibility:
Willingness to work at both school locations | possibility of mobile work

High IT affinity:
Digital support in cooperation with our external service provider

Excellent MS Office skills:
Ability to work efficiently and purposefully with office tools
