Our Management Team Members are a group of dedicated people looking to push the envelope using cost-effective sales campaigns and customer service strategies.

Major Tasks As A Management Team Member:
- Drive sales by meeting directly with prospective customers and delivering standout product presentations
- Assist in the creation and execution of experiential sales strategies for a designated territory
- Interact with the Customer Service & Sales teams to develop impactful and innovative product presentations
- Satisfy customer questions by drawing on knowledge learned through entrylevel Management Team Member training about client products and services
- You'll attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and virtual networking webinars to increase marketing and training abilities while honing your leadership skills
- Complete relevant paperwork accurately and continuously maintain a working knowledge of available products and services
Management Team Member Qualifications:
- The ability to start right away is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or entrepreneurship OR at least two years of applicable experience
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
- Reliable transportation to the office daily
- Thrive in a teamoriented and highenergy environment
- Upbeat, energetic, positive personality
Pay:
$48, $58,634.05 per year
Compensation package:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
