• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department in a hotel setting
• Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, wellmaintained, and meet established standards
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest needs and resolve issues
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
• Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
• Maintain records of housekeeping activities, such as room occupancy rates and maintenance requests
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using housekeeping software or systems is preferred
