Responsibilities Include:

Guide employees throughout their shifts, assigning tasks, offering feedback, and acknowledging successes professionally.
Ensure team members are positioned effectively to meet guest needs and service standards.
Assist in training crew members as instructed by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
Set goals, monitor performance, and uphold accountability during shifts.
Prioritize guest satisfaction and lead by example in delivering exceptional service.
Foster a sense of urgency among team members to address guests' needs promptly.
Emphasize the use of systems and procedures while correcting any deficiencies as needed.
Supervise team performance to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Implement restaurant standards and marketing strategies effectively.
Adhere to processes to manage labor, food costs, and cash flow during shifts.
Ensure compliance with cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security protocols.
Address equipment issues, provide feedback to crew members, and explore growth opportunities with the General Manager.
Adhere to all restaurant policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in math and writing.
Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or supervision is preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with a knack for anticipating and exceeding guest needs.
Results-driven approach with a track record of meeting targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skilled in building and leading effective teams to achieve common goals.
