- Support store leadership by maintaining operations, communicating essential information, ensuring production efficiency, upholding company standards, assisting in training and coaching team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team
- Support and work closely with the Cookie Crew
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment following proper food handling practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with Point of Sales systems
- Excellent communication, time management, and people skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
