First Year Income: $78,000-$105,500

Use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to help your clients cope and recover.
Manage your caseload with ease. You'll work with a small number of clients and a schedule that suits your needs. And you'll never stop learning and improving your skills and knowledge. You'll have access to ongoing training and supervision from experienced professionals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts. You'll coordinate care and ensure continuity and consistency of services for your clients and their families. You'll work with medical providers, group therapists, experiential and social facilitators, and academic and life skills coaches.

Qualifications & Expectations:

You must currently have a clinical or provisional license in Maryland LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LGPC, LMSW, or LGMF ( LGADC or LCADC) - If you are licensed in another state, you must be able to transfer your license to Maryland before you start date
2 years of non-internship experience working in an outpatient, detox or residential treatment setting.
2 years of non-internship experience treating Mental Health Disorders
Experience working with adolescent populations (ages
You must be proficient in using clinical skills and modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and documenting your work.

Compensation and Benefits:

First Year: $78,000-$105,500) depending on your qualifications and experience.
