    Job Description

    We're seeking a full-time Senior Account Executive specializing in Health Benefits, particularly experienced in Group Benefits, and has a proven track record in team management. This role operates in a hybrid capacity, combining onsite presence with the flexibility for remote work when suitable. The Senior Account Executive will engage with HR Directors and employees from our expanding clientele and collaborate with their health insurance brokers to uphold and nurture relationships with TPAs, PBMs, and additional vendors. While we will provide training in the pharmacy sector, prior knowledge is highly advantageous.     Responsibilities:


    •Deliver exceptional service to a designated portfolio of clients


    •Address customer/client concerns directly


    •Serve as a front-facing resource for accounts, typically engaging directly with clients


    •Cultivate relationships with employer/group clients, acting as the main contact for service delivery


    •Advocate for clients internally, coordinating with various departments to implement client systems, execute

    projects, and fulfill ongoing service requirements


    •Escalate client issues when necessary


    •Support client services management by participating in client meetings as required


    •Enter data into appropriate software platforms for vendors, carriers, and clients within specified timelines


    •Foster and maintain strong business relationships with clients and vendors


    •Manage and mentor a team, ensuring their effectiveness and professional growth


    •Undertake additional duties as assigned
