Responsibilities include:
Chairside assisting, attending phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, checking-in & checking-out patients, scanning documents, and communicating with patients and dentist.
Rigorous training will be provided to the new team members.***Front Desk Job Responsibilities:•Welcoming patient, patient check-in and responsible for scheduling the next appointment and dental cleaning at check-out.
- Answering incoming phone calls and appointment scheduling.
- Calling and sending text reminder messages to past due patients to schedule next dental cleaning appointments.
- Scanning patient information into the patient management software and maintaining updated reports.
- Making outbound calls for hygiene appointments and confirmation appointments scheduled.
- Auditing patient schedule for past due dental cleaning and help patients schedule their cleaning appointment.
Competency Required (Must Have):
- Experience in dealing patient with care.
- Fluency in Spanish & English
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (required)
