Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and effective presence throughout the shopping center.
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies and take appropriate actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address security risks or suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies (APD) and emergency services when needed.
- Enforce property policies and regulations to uphold safety and security standards.
- Provide assistance and support to patrons and tenants as required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and security activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security procedures and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security management is preferred.
- Experience in security or law enforcement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Sound judgment and decisionmaking abilities.

This is a part-time contract position. Specific details regarding hours and duration of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.
