Description

We are looking for you to join our teams in Hamburg as a (Junior) AI Communications & Management Assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at Grey Forest.

YOUR TASKS

You will be responsible for designing central communication and knowledge offerings in the field of artificial intelligence for our employees
You will take on administrative tasks for the day-to-day management of the AI task force
You will manage and design newsletters, knowledge platforms, workshops, seminars, and team events on the topic of AI
You will support in producing original content for employee development in AI topics
In addition, your tasks will include designing innovative and novel formats for knowledge transfer

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in IT, marketing, communication, or a similar qualification
You have relevant professional experience, ideally in marketing or communication
You have a passion for technology, software development, and AI, and ideally have practical experience in these areas
You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
In addition to your independent working style and strong teamwork skills, you are willing to travel nationwide
