Our client is a real estate company with 80 years of experience in the market and part of an innovative and strong service group for real estate in Austria and Central Europe.

In their Berlin office, 10 colleagues work in two teams, the WEG and the SEV team.


Responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for owners or community matters. This includes maintaining contact with owners, board members, and other parties, as well as mediating conflicts.
  • You manage the properties in technical, organizational, and commercial aspects with the support of an assistant.
  • You skillfully plan, execute, and lead meetings of property owners.
  • You create annual financial plans, maintain resolution collections, and distribute resolution protocols.
  • You also handle the implementation of decisions made by the community, the declaration of division, and the community and house rules.
  • Your diverse tasks also include handling maintenance measures, insurance claims, damages, and regular property inspections.

Qualifications:

  • You have practical experience in property management, specifically in WEG management.
  • An education in real estate management is advantageous, but not required.
  • You have good computer skills (MS Office) and are willing to work in a paperless office.
