We are currently seeking a
Logistics Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Fellbach, starting as soon as possible.


The Logistics Employee is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receipt to intralogistics (supplying production cells), to picking customer orders and packaging shipments in compliance with all applicable regulations (including hazardous materials).

In the future, the position will also include shipping and customs processing for imports and exports.

Our logistics department operates from Monday to Friday and we do not work in shifts).

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing goods for shipment
  • Receiving and storing goods
  • Supplying production cells and using Kanban
  • Picking all pending orders (intercompany, customers, complaints, etc.)
  • Packaging orders
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments
  • Participating in daily management and process improvements, as well as maintaining key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (or equivalent)
  • Several years of relevant work experience in operational logistics; ideally with some experience in administrative logistics
  • Team player, willing to work flexibly in all logistics areas (crossworking)
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and MS Office
  • Enjoy working with numbers, processes, and optimizations using one of the best business models
- (Very) good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
