    The Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst will serve as a key liaison between IT/Data Science teams and the Supply Chain function within all brands at Fortune Brands Innovations, which include Moen, Master Lock, House of Rohl, Yale & August Home, and Thermatru, to name just a few.

    Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics , the Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst will manage the lifecycle of analytics solutions as the liaison between the supply chain organization and central data and IT teams.

    This role is a hybrid role and requires presence within the office 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) and the successful candidate must live within a commutable distance from one of these 4 locations:
    North Olmsted / Cleveland, OH
    Maumee / Toledo, OH
    Oak Creek / Milwaukee, WI
    Deerfield / Chicago, IL

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage the lifecycle of analytics solutions as the liaison between the supply chain organization and the central data team or IT during creation, implementation, maintenance, improvement, and sunset of analytics solutions.

    Scope includes capturing and communicating systemic data issues to central data team.
    Utilize supply chain planning knowledge and knowledge of data systems to advocate for improvements in processes, systems, tools, reports.

    Work with central data team to assess and communicate the business requirements and support defining and building analytics models and tools.

    Follow through from definition of requirements to development of solutions. Perform user acceptance testing and sign off when complete.
    Define new business processes needed to incorporate new analytics solutions through collaboration with supply chain teams. Conduct training to help users leverage data and analytics in decision-making.
    Track adoption, business impact and assess hurdles behind adoption levels. Ensure the ongoing alignment of analytics solutions with evolving business needs. Provide support to supply chain teams after implementation to include executive presentations of model output where applicable. Seek feedback from users and provide insights to the data team.
    Stay current with supply chain teams to understand challenges, current workflow, capture requirements and propose analytics-enabled process improvements.
    Assess lifecycle decisions for existing and new data tools and reports.

    Drive consolidation of duplicate tools and partner with supply chain, data team and IT to migrate to one source of truth.

    Manage prioritization and investigation of systemic data issues for the supply chain organization.
    Perform ad hoc supply chain analyses.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or a related field is required ; Master's degree preferred

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning with a bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years of experience with a master's degree.

    Experience must be inclusive of experience working with supply chain data
    Experience with Demand Driven Materials Resource Planning is required
    Supply chain domain expertise and credibility in demand, supply or inventory planning
    Additional supply chain or analytics education, training and/or certification through online courses and/or professional organizations preferred
    Experience providing analytics training or supply chain training preferred
    Understanding of analytics techniques to enable productive communications with technical resources on central data team
    Effective facilitation, communication, and presentation skills to liaise between users, technical roles and executives
    Patience and ability to explain technical terms and concepts to non-experts
    Experience with Agile methodology and deliverables preferred
    MS Office Suite experience required. Experience with Tableau strongly preferred
    Experience with JIRA preferred
    Process improvement experience
