- Providing Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES training and technical assistance
- Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) processes
- Medical or Level of Care (LOC) eligibility assessment and appeals for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
- Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) and Inventory for Client and Agency (ICAP) assessments
- Directing a fast-paced start-up initiative
- Establishing and managing a complex statewide program
- Hiring and leading a geographically dispersed team of professionals
- Forming collaborative and productive relationships with a diverse range of individuals
- Establishing a high-performance culture while championing diversity, equity and inclusion
- Ensuring services are rooted in best practices and meet or exceed quality standards
- Managing services with a focus on the best interests of children, youth and families
- Salary commensurate with the responsibilities of this position
