About Our Assembly Technician

It's a physical job - you may be on your feet for 90% to 95% of your workday. You will be expected to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Bending, stretching, and climbing ladders will be daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand technical specifications, drawings, and be able to follow work instructions; assemble parts into products or systems according to specifications
Knowledge of or ability to learn tubing, electrical wiring, and circuits
Utilize a pin stamp, acid etch, and laser machine to mark parts according to specifications
Provide support in other areas including painting and sandblasting; test products to work order specifications

These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Comfortable in a warehouse setting and working outdoors in areas without climate control; ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
One to two years of assembly, mechanical, and/or supply chain experience preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Forklift experience a plus; training and certification provided as needed

This is a full-time position with the occasional opportunity for overtime. Starting salary is within the posted range and based on education, experience, and potential.
