Munich is looking for you:
Student Trainee Campus Talent Development (all genders)


As part of the >campus Talent Development team, we are responsible for the training offerings at our Munich location, as well as programs and initiatives for developing future and current leaders, and qualification projects.


EXCITING TASKS

  • Participation in and contribution to the >campus training program: identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, collecting feedback
  • Event management for talent development and leadership programs, as well as educational events
  • Organizing trainings and lectures for requesting departments
  • Supporting internal and external speakers/trainers in the >campus building and online
  • Administrative processing of training measures and participant registrations in SAP HR, including handling invoices and creating training statistics, educational resumes, and general communication
  • Collaboration on projects, research, learning space design, and content production for elearning

EXCELLENT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studying in the field of business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a related field
  • Strong interest and ideally previous experience in talent development, learning, and corporate education
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word
