Personal Assistant for People with Disabilities (m/f/d)

Do you want to get involved in the social sector and enjoy working with people? Do you want your work to be meaningful and diverse? We are continuously looking for employees for the personal assistance of people with disabilities in Amboy, IN.

Personal assistance includes all the support that people with disabilities need to lead an independent life in their own home.

Each of our clients is assigned to a dedicated team.

Your tasks
Personal assistance is tailored to the individual and daily needs of our clients.

This includes all areas of daily life, such as:

Leisure activities
Personal care
Mobility using technical aids
Household management
If needed: assistance at the workplace
Study and travel assistance

Are you interested?
Previous experience is helpful but not required. You will be trained on-site by experienced staff members and, of course, by the clients themselves.

You should have an interest in continuous work with people with disabilities, which requires empathy as well as independent and responsible actions.

Willingness to work closely with clients, such as providing intimate care, is a prerequisite for us. You should consider yourself reliable and be flexible with your time. Working on weekends is also part of the job. A good command of the German language (B2 level) is helpful.
