For the
Acoustic MEMS group, we are offering a
Master's thesis (m/f/d) in Flow Analysis in Acoustic MEMS for a
student (m/f/d) at our
Villingen-Schwenningen location, starting
immediately (or no later than the
summer semester of 2024).
Your tasks:
- Development of a CFD/FEM model for flow analysis in perforated and enclosed MEMS structures using ANSYS Fluent or Comsol, followed by a parameter study
- Parameter study of different geometries and simulation inputs
- Construction of a sensor based on the previous simulation results
- Validation of the simulation study through acoustic measurements
- Documentation and presentation
