Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow company recipes and procedures for food preparation
• Work in a clean, efficient, and organized manner
• Read English for order boards
• Help reduce costs and minimize waste
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards
• Take ownership of kitchen equipment
• Collaborate effectively with other restaurant departments
• Assist with clean-up tasks
• Adhere to company policies and manuals
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare cold appetizers, salads, vegetables, and bruschetta
• Garnish dishes with spices, nuts, fruits, and vegetables
• Create vinaigrettes, dips, and herb-infused oils
• Plate desserts according to instructions

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Pantry Cook or similar role
• Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Knowledge of food plating techniques
• Understanding of kitchen health and safety guidelines
