Position Overview:

M&S Building Systems is seeking an experienced Assembly Lead for immediate hire for our light gauge steel production.

Job Duties:

• Manage the assembly of light gauge steel components.
• Train and supervise assembly staff.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that arise.
• Work closely with the Production Foreman to ensure that production goals are met.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the assembly of light gauge steel components.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong safety record.

Position Details:

• Salary: Hourly; commensurate with experience. Competitive wage and benefits package.
• Hours: TBD between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. In the office 5 days per week in Plainville, CT
• Work authorization: United States (required)
• Travel: None

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
