    CONTINENTAL SPA AND WELLNESS CENTER is a successful, constantly growing and expanding spa that offers exceptional spa and med spa services including but not limited to massage, facials, lashes, laser, and other services. We actively and consistently market and advertise our spa services to bring in a constant flow of clients to provide our employees an opportunity to develop a strong client retention that ensures a mutually successful partnership.     Responsibilities:

    • Perform professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing
    • Must follow all policies and protocols
    • For any modalities performed, must have appropriate training and satisfy the minimum clinic education hours.
    • Maintain professional appearance at all times.
    • Be able to customize sessions based on member's/guest's individual needs.
    • Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients
    • Communicate various promotions to clients.
    • Reliable, on time attendance. Attends all scheduled shifts, is prompt to work and works entire scheduled shift as needed.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications Education, Skills and Training:

    • Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations.
    • Current Arizona State Massage License.
    • Complies with Arizona State requirements for continued education.
