    Description
    Position Overview:
    The Massage Therapist performs professional massage and body treatments. Position is responsible for promoting a professional attitude and providing exceptional guest service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and maintain state required standards given for any specific licensing.
    • Perform services in professional manner with guests' needs first. Exceed expectations of our guests by going above and beyond.
    • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining approved cleaning standards and procedures set by the ranch and the State of Arizona.
    • Adhering to Massage treatment protocols at all times. Follow all timing requirements for each service. Assist with creation of new spa services, and new product recommendations.
    • Other duties as may be assigned
    Job Requirements:
    • Multi-tasking skills, and ability to share focus on many tasks/initiatives simultaneously
    • Ability to complete complex processes, while multitasking and properly prioritizing
    • Self-starter, innovator, results-driven with ability to meet both short and long term business goals
    • Ability to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hours
    • Proven problem solving skills with ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
    • The position may also require the ability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally.
    • This position requires the ability to stand, and, walk, 4 to 5 hours at a time, climb stairs, reach, and bend.
    • High degree of professional and personal integrity
    • Sunday availability is a must
    Education & Experience:
    • One (1) to (2) years guest service experience in a Spa, Hotel or similar service-oriented business model preferred
    • Must possess and demonstrate strong product/service knowledge, as long as retail offerings
    • Demonstrated understanding of current daily room assignments, service availability
    • Strong listener and communicator
    • Leadership experience preferred
    • High school diploma or GED and two years guest service experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Cash-handling experience preferred
