Is responsible for planning and coordination of repair orders in our network of Repair Workshops.- Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Drive optimal technical service support for the Country including Canada and Caribbean islands in conjunction with global 2nd level support team (Germany).
  • Address all Ticket Desk requests for technical support for the Country including Canada and Caribbean islands.
  • Work in the marine business unit, (Marine oil & Gas Etc.)
  • Liaise with engineering colleagues both in US and Germany. (Process, electrical and Plc documentation needs etc.)
  • Maintain scheduling of marine service technicians.
  • Diagnose and specify faults, suggest remedial measures, coordinate, and carry out remedial measures.
  • Ability to Upload and download programs to PLC's.
  • Document support request and actions taken with detailed written service reports.
  • Collect, record, and transcribe data within C4C, SAP and CRMoP
  • All other duties as assigned or directed by management.
