About the job

• Continuous use of case management system checklists and forms.
• Request medical records, bills and Affidavits with follow up until documents received and filed into assigned cases.
• Requesting police reports and entering data into case management system once received.
• Communicating with the insurance company to get claim numbers, adjusters' information, and confirmation of receipt of correspondence.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an office assistant, with a preference for personal injury law or medical office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF software.
• Experience with Needles or NEOS Case Management software is advantageous.
• VA or NC Notary is a plus.
• Strong written, and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and superior organizational ability.
