Description

We are assisting an industrial partner in their search for a skilled Maintenance Manager to establish and oversee their own department.

Responsibilities:
Analyze standard operating procedures to ensure optimal maintenance of all machinery
Develop and implement preventative maintenance processes
Lead troubleshooting efforts for all machinery
Manage scheduled maintenance tasks
Provide support for industrial engineering projects
Recruit and train a team of Technicians and Planners

Requirements:
Ideally, a vocational education in a relevant field, but a university-level engineering degree will also be considered
Previous experience managing a maintenance team in a heavy equipment environment
Several years of experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Technician
Fluent in German and B1 level English proficiency.
