Client Services Associate

Position Summary:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following.

• Act as the point of contact between the laboratory and clients
• Assist in all administrative functions of the laboratory
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, routing correspondence, and scheduling specimen pickup with FedEx or private couriers
• Handle client and laboratory requests and queries appropriately
• Accession daily samples
• Forward all samples to their respective departments and sendout facilities.
• Develop and carry out an efficient filing system
• Assist with coverage of other administrative tasks
• Maintain a positive, achievementoriented attitude and influence others to do the same
• Other duties as directed by the supervisor and/or department's manager

Education/Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working in client services
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication competencies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, selfmotivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential
• Discretion and confidentiality
