    Description

    • Collaborate with Alarm Specialists to ensure that installations meet industry standards and District requirements.
    • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with alarm systems.
    • Communicate with district staff to schedule appointments and installations.
    • Provide knowledge or instructions for installations on alarm systems.
    • Address districts inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of alarm system installation.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in alarm system technology.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
    • Required High School Diploma or GED.
    • Preferred Texas Fire Alarm License or Nicet Level 2 license.
    • Required 2 years of direct experience with Alarm Systems.
    • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant technical field.
    • Basic knowledge of alarm system components and configurations.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
    • Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and procedures.
