    Title: Swimming Pool Construction Foreman

    Job Level: Supervisor

    Job Type: Full-time, In Person

    Shift and Schedule: Monday through Friday start time 7AM. Occasionally on weekends, usually exceeding 40 hours per week

    Location(s): Cary/Raleigh/Wake Forecast/Wellington/Youngsville/Durham/Chapel Hill, ect.

    Overseen By: Project Manager

    Pay Rate: Competitive based on experience.

    Job Description: The primary supervisor for pool construction projects. Responsible for leading construction workers throughout the project, from the beginning to the end. The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively jumps, sprints or throws objects.

    Essential Duties (included but not limited to):

    · Reading and interpreting pool drawings and construction plans.

    · Allocating resources for assigned projects.

    · Understand County Codes/Regulations and know when to submit for inspections and permit status review.

    · Able to interact with clients in a "Ritz-Carlton" matter.

    · Working with onsite personnel and subcontractors.

    · Maintain a high standard of workmanship that adheres to original plans and specifications.

    · Follow protocol for change orders.

    · Excavating and filling trenches and ditches

    · Maintains a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site(s) each day to eliminate potential hazards.

    · Performing material handling and storage

    · Loading and unloading trucks

    · Hauling and hoisting material

    · Ensuring that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

    · Performs advanced selling but listening to client and offering upgrades when applicable.

    · Ability to operate heavy machinery: Bobcat & Dump Truck

    · Knowledge of maintenance and install of pool equipment.

    Requirements:

    · Clean driving required.

    · Valid driver's license.

    · Reliable transportation to warehouse.

    · Clean background check

    · Most have experience in the pool industry (preferred) or construction experience.

    · Mechanical aptitude & problem solving

    · Excellent organization skills, quick learner, result oriented, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills required.
