Project Engineer (m/f/d) Tendering and Awarding of Construction Services Responsibilities Tendering of construction and delivery services for our school construction projects Independent negotiation and awarding of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers Technical coordination and commercial evaluation of offers from subcontractors Creation of detailed performance specifications for individual trades based on functional descriptions, including necessary quantity determination Support of calculation and sales Development and implementation of procurement strategies as well as continuous expansion of supplier and subcontractor networks to promote partnership-based business relationships Profile Completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), architecture or a comparable field, alternatively a completed apprenticeship with further training as a (construction) technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) Practical experience in procurement or construction management, ideally in turnkey construction General knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) as well as contract management Strong communication skills and negotiation skills High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and teamwork This position offers you the opportunity to use and further develop your technical procurement and construction awarding skills.
