"I am in need of a Carpenter service with the following characteristics in Conroy, IA:- What object/s do you need the carpenter for? Stairs (3-step porch stairs) and wooden balustrade
- Service type Finishing (sanding, varnishing, painting), repair of minor cracks, breaks or holes, replacement of parts, complete renovation
- Wood type Oak
- When do you need the work to be done? In the next few days
- Preferred time slot for the carpenter All day
- Preferred days for the carpenter Every day of the week
Additional note from the client: I can't find anyone who can give me a price I can afford.
I would need the following to be fixed: securing the stairs to the wall leading to the terrace with anchors and screws, attaching and fixing the two railings to the pillars with metal brackets, securing and fixing the pillars with glue, screws and metal brackets, top and bottom, repairing or replacing any broken parts with new ones and sand
