What the job offers you

  • You independently lead the organization and implementation of projects within an experienced team
  • You are responsible for monitoring the construction process, quality, compliance with technical and economic targets, as well as controlling the results on the construction site
  • You coordinate and supervise subcontractors in each construction phase, with acceptance of all services on the construction site
  • You are the contact person for our customers from the start of construction until completion

What convinces us

  • You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable education (construction technician/master m/f/d)
  • You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience as a construction manager or project manager in turnkey construction and/or residential construction
  • You are organized and demonstrate initiative and commitment
  • You have leadership skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • You consider cost, quality and deadline awareness to be among your strengths
