Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.

This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors at our office buildings and shopping centers.

Duties:

This is an EARLY MORNING position with a scheduled service route.

Perform custodial duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal, with power blower cleaning off sidewalks, planters, etc.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- primarily outdoor services

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement and minor repairs
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners, outdoor blowers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
