- Support capital projects, PSM activities, EHS and quality reviews, and audits.
- Enhance safety, regulatory compliance, environmental impact, quality, and productivity through successful performance.
- Provide day-to-day operational troubleshooting and support.
- Analyze process data and employee feedback to address operational issues and identify improvement prospects.
- Collaborate with various departments on initiatives and issues.
- Create and update SOPs.
- Review production capacities, capabilities, and cost estimates.
- Manage smaller capital projects ensuring adherence to company standards and plant requirements.
- Support large capital projects by creating and assessing project scopes, gathering process data, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for reliability enhancements, support maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with PSM requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage MOCs for process changes.
- Assist in root cause investigations and address corrective actions from audits and investigations.
- BS in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical.
- 5+ years of experience supporting production, maintenance, and quality, preferably in heavy industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience in equipment reliability and/or automation.
- Lean and/or Six-Sigma certification or working experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Project, and/or Minitab.
