Salary Range:
$68,000 - $87,000 (depending on experience)


The Role:

We are seeking a skilled PHP Technical Team Lead to join our talented engineering team. As a TTL at Inviqa, you will have overall responsibility for the technical output of a project.

This includes helping to design the solution, making key technical decisions, and overseeing the growth and well-being of your engineering team.


At Inviqa, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from Drupal deployments to Magento shop builds and bespoke microservice architectures.

Our TTLs embody our expertise in delivering solutions to complex client challenges and serve as a valuable resource for our clients.


How You Will Spend Your Time:

You will join projects at the beginning, ideally during the project discovery phase, to gain an understanding of the domain, build trust with the client, and help define the approach and produce estimates for delivery.


Once the project is in the delivery phase, you will set up the project and onboard the team that you helped select.

You will guide them in their work and help manage their productivity. We also encourage our TTLs to take on line management responsibilities for other engineers.
