- is an established and successful cultural and leisure institution in Berlin. Our client stands out for its values and employee-oriented corporate culture, as well as its central location in Berlin. To further support their team, we are looking for an Architect (m/f/d) for cultural and leisure institutions in Arlington, NY.


Your responsibilities

  • You will be involved in the planning, coordination, and management of projects in the areas of building maintenance, technical systems, as well as new construction and renovations.
  • You will also assist in obtaining and evaluating offers for construction and building technology measures.
  • You will monitor project progress and goals in terms of costs, quality, and meeting deadlines.
  • Finally, you will be in contact with adjacent departments regarding project topics and provide technical coordination in daily operations.

Our requirements

  • A successfully completed engineering degree in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, building engineering, and/or building technology, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
  • First professional experience in carrying out construction and maintenance measures.
  • Ideally, you already have knowledge of funding and procurement law.
  • A goaloriented, independent working style, technical understanding, and a strong service mentality.
