Compensation:

$102,000+ yearly


Responsibilities:


  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
  • Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in local regulations
  • Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Show properties to interested buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build longterm relationships with clients

Qualifications:


  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Great communication and social skills
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Technology driven
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, property management, and fair housing regulations
  • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients
