Job Overview:
This position is primarily accountable for applying the payments to the customer accounts, accurately and timely

Primary Responsibilities:
Post cash payments on customer accounts and balance cash posted to cash receipts.
Post deductions with proper codes in system.
Adjust accounts as needed within scope.
Distribute unapplied cash documentation to billing or collections.
Work with customers to obtain remit information.
Assist in customer account reconciliation.
Collaborate with Collections and Billing to resolve issues with customer payments.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
