We are looking for you as a technical administrative assistant for commercial order processing in customer service (inbound). This varied position is now available due to a promotion.

Your tasks:
Telephone customer service: 0% acquisition, work with Wawi Email distribution: Thanks to your technical understanding, you can quickly determine the main focus of the customer's email and forward it to the appropriate department

Order processing:
You enter the technical specifications of inquiries and orders into Wawi. This is a dynamic activity with a high degree of automation. All of your work processes are 100% digital, you do not need a single sheet of paper. You build up an ever-widening range of knowledge and grow with your tasks.
