Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Operate the pointofsale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and gift card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenue

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or electronics sales environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
• Organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and maintain an orderly sales floor
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to work well in a team environment
