You take on leadership responsibility and training for approximately 30 employees in the Stewarding team
Operational support for your team in day-to-day business
You ensure the administrative management of the department
You are responsible for daily scheduling and monitoring of operations
You enjoy taking on responsibility and always keep costs in mind
You observe and control hygiene standards and implement them
You report your results directly to the kitchen management
