Your tasks with us are diverse:

You design, plan and organize the necessary marketing measures, for example to strengthen brand visibility and image positioning in the B2B broker segment in cooperation with the broker sales management and the responsible business areas.
You support the establishment of new broker connections by addressing them through suitable media and channels.
You work together with our external service partner Alsterspree Consulting, an expert team for professional B2B content marketing. You are responsible for evaluating and conceptualizing sales events, trade fair activities and symposia for brokers in cooperation with the broker management and our marketing event management department. This also includes accompanying and supervising these events and trade fairs on site.

Your profile:

You have a successful degree with a focus on communication, media studies, marketing and/or insurance/finance.
Ideally, you already have professional experience in marketing in connection with broker sales/market.
You have experience in project work and have the ability to structure complex tasks and relationships and find creative solutions.
You have a high level of personal responsibility and work very independently.
