Qualifications

At least one previous customer service role
Previous work with Vin Solutions is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask
Ambitious, goaloriented mentality and eagerness to improve
Excited by the concept of teamwork
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities (not limited to)

Answer incoming customer calls and establish followups with new and existing customers
Respond quickly to internet and live chat inquiries that come through out database
Assist sales personnel with their customer communications and deliver messages promptly
Become an expert on our products and services to ensure accurate information is being shared with the customer
Seek out noshow appointments and reestablish the communication
Follow up with customers after they visit the dealership
Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
