- Design and implement innovative system solutions aimed at enhancing the functionality and efficiency of Epic Ambulatory.
- Ensure the successful transition of projects and requests into a production environment.
- Take ownership of assigned duties including application and system installation, formulating system scope and design objectives through comprehensive analysis and research.
- Configure vendor-maintained systems or develop and modify in-house systems, while actively participating in coordination efforts with users, ISD Staff, and vendors.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis, generate project deliverables, and develop detailed specifications to guide system programming/configuration by vendors, while providing valuable insights into process and workflow optimization.
- Support the overall business/project plan by delivering high-quality outcomes as an integral member of the team, aligned with established goals and measurements.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Epic Ambulatory, with certification.
- Experience in Referrals and Authorizations Certification is highly desirable, serving as an added advantage.
- Proficiency in building for Ambulatory settings, including smart tools, navigators, orders, order transmittal, rules, and workflow.
- Knowledge in Pediatrics is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- This position offers full remote flexibility.

- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
- Must be able to work PST hours.
