The Rail Supervisor oversees rail operations, ensuring safety and efficiency by supervising and training train operators proactively. Responsibilities include instructing operators, conducting evaluations, administering corrective action, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Supervisor also monitors vehicle operations, conducts fitness checks, and investigates accidents/incidents.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent with seven years of related work experience or an Associate's Degree with five years of related experience. A valid Class B CDL or higher with a Passenger endorsement is required.
Salary
$61,753 - $77,192/year (salary based on experience)
