Hello
We are an agency looking for a direct care provider to work with a young man in the evenings and Saturday 19 hours a week $17 an hour to go out in the community.
Duties:
- Provide direct care and assistance to clients in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support clients with dementia care and other specialized needs
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Deliver patientcentered care with empathy and respect
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Skills:
- Experience in home care, senior care, or related fields
- Knowledge of caregiving practices and principles
- Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in meal preparation and nutrition guidelines
- Understanding of dementia care techniques
- Familiarity with patient care protocols and social work principles
Job Type:

Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 19 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
