JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a dedicated, skilled team member who is quality-conscious, positive, and enjoys collaborating in a 3-6-person team.

Reporting directly to the Shop Manager, you'll assist with daily customer service, graphics and separations, aw well as hands-on production such as screen printing, heat printing, and more.

This role demands a strong work ethic and the ability to set and uphold production standards. You'll also be involved in daily production activities, making a real impact in our shop.

This position entails many different daily duties including, but not limited to:


Design:

Join our team as a Color Separation Expert and bring designs to life You'll play a key role in dividing a design into individual colors for precise reproduction.

Your mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for creating separations in four-color process, simulated process, spot color, and index separations.

In addition, you'll use your strong eye for design to prepare customer art, sometimes from scratch. Artwork preparation includes resizing and formatting designs using these tools. Quality control ensures the separated colors match the original design perfectly, requiring your keen eye for adjustments. Let your creativity shine and be a part of our dynamic team


Customer Service:

Step into the role of Customer Liaison and become the go-to expert for all things screen printing You'll handle customer inquiries about products, orders, and services while providing valuable insights into printing techniques, inks, and screen meshes.

Your excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities will keep our customers happy and informed. We're looking for someone with a passion for decorated apparel who can handle multiple requests while balancing internal tasks. Prior experience in sales and customer service is essential. Hands on Production:
To best serve our customers, this role requires a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our business.

You'll work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including setting up jobs, mixing ink, and maintaining efficient production speeds.

You'll oversee ink curing, squeegee and screen selection, tool and ink choices, and job documentation. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, training staff, operating machinery, and managing inventory and merchandise. Your focus will be on coordinating production to deliver high-quality screen printing jobs on schedule.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Is an expert in Microsoft Office

• At least one year of experience in screen printing, embroidery, heat printing, or sublimation.
• Comfortable maintaining machinery.
• Experience ordering inks, chemicals, and shop supplies.
• Knowledgeable about computers and shop management software.
• Thrives in a dynamic, energetic work environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to set aside mobile phones and work without frequent distractions from notifications, messages, and social media. Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other mobile devices are not allowed during shop operations.
• Must be able to stand for an entire workday.
• Must be capable of consistently performing repetitive movements for up to 8 hours a day when necessary.
• The position operates within a manufacturing environment, requiring constant awareness of surroundings.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must wear appropriate attire suitable for painting; loose clothing is not allowed.
• May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses.
• Must be able to distinguish colors across the full spectrum.
• Must be able to lift, move, or load boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English is required.
• Basic math and counting skills are essential.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and general safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required.
• Ability to interpret and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and courteously with coworkers.
