Recently acquired by Shell, Texas Petroleum Group is being operated independently as a wholly owned subsidiary and entering a phase of significant transformation and growth.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The CR Merchandisers in the Format Team are the eyes and ears of the team on the sites. The Merchandisers make sure that their stores look in perfect shape to drive growth in sales.

The Merchandisers do this by supporting the Formats Team members to build hardware in stores for new projects and improvements to the sites that drive the sales growth.

It is very important for the Merchandisers to understand how we want to grow, to make sure that they keep their stores in line with these guidelines.

General Responsibilities:

SPACE: Support the Space Manager in delivering store resets.

AUDITS: Completing CR Marketing Audits and support and coach the stores to deliver better performance and drive CR initiatives.

NTIs/KDRs: Build new equipment in NTIs or KDRs.

RETROFIT FOOD STORE: Support the development team in building equipment for new Retrofit sites, including new Food Stores.

CAT MGMT & PROMO: Support special growth projects that require the movement of hardware on site.

DAY-to

DAY: Support sites with day to day challenges in hardware: replacing, fixing, moving of hardware.

ORGANIZATION: Partner with the other CR Merchandisers to ensure that the CR warehouse is organized, neat, clean, and safe.

INVENTORY: Keep inventory of hardware, equipment, and other items in the warehouse and report up the chain when additional hardware and equipment needs to be procured to support the stores.

Experience and Skills Required:

12 years' experience in working with hardware like gondolas, coolers, and shelving.
Expertise in working safely with care for yourself, the site, site staff, and customers.
Working knowledge of cstore customer journey development and inside store layouts.
12 years' retail store experience and understanding of retail selling and/or retail operating environment is desired.
General awareness of safety and customer access governmental guidelines.
