You enjoy a competitive salary of
$47,000/year.

We offer

40 hours of sick pay annually. Wait there's more After 60 days of employment, we offer

YOUR SCHEDULE
You typically work from
Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.

YOUR DAY

As our Painting Field Supervisor, your day is a dynamic blend of leadership, overseeing jobs, checking quality, and negotiating contracts.

You assign tasks on the crew's calendar while prioritizing performance and efficiency. Diligently, you train new hires and collaborate with project leaders to ensure every job is a success.

You monitor your crew's performance, making necessary adjustments to exceed expectations. Weekly meetings keep us aligned, and you assist with maintaining company trucks. Managing customer concerns, reporting to the project manager, and ensuring final walkthroughs are crucial to success. You communicate with the project manager, estimators, HR, and customers to keep everything running smoothly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We're looking for a communicative, organized person with an eye for detail.

You also need to meet the following qualifications:

Ability to manage others and oversee job completion
Knowledge about relevant products and jobsite safety
Valid driver's license
Bilingual
