This position is for a Burn-in Test Program Development Engineer Intern in the Manufacturing and Product Engineering, MPE, within the Design Engineering Group, DEG.

In this role, you will be expected to be a part of and participate in global PDE teams in developing Burn-in test programs to enable Intel's product roadmap for products on lead process technologies.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing innovative tools and software solutions for delivering Burn-in test programs to enable Intel silicon products dedicated to server, client and devices market.

In this role, responsibilities include, although not limited to:
Develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.

Create and test software solutions to automate complex procedures

Enhance existing automated solutions within the department

Autonomously plan and schedule own daily tasks, develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Solve problems with sound logical thinking and logical analysis.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must be pursuing a master's degree in computer science, computer, engineering or electrical Engineering or any STEM related field.

6+ months of experience or knowledge in Linux and/or Windows OS (Preferably both).

6+ months of experience or knowledge with Linux and/or Windows command line (Preferably both).

3+ months of experience or knowledge of Git version control.

3+ months of experience or knowledge working on Python/Perl scripting.

3+ months of experience or knowledge with IDE and Software development tools.

Understanding in data structures, data modeling, data analytics and software architecture

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding in semiconductor products, device fabrication, digital logic, microprocessor architectures, and/or automated test equipment

Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle.

Familiar with Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation tools.

C# development experience.

JMP or other statistical software experience.

MS Teams automation development (Power Automation, Tasks, etc.)
